Eligibility for Returns/ Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

The item delivered to you was incorrect

The item was damaged during delivery

The item has a manufacturing defect

You wish to exchange the size

Return Process


Once your return request is approved, our team will assist you with the next steps. Depending on availability in your area, we will arrange a pickup or request you to send the product back to us.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Refunds
once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
