Shipping policy

•We ship across India (and internationally if applicable).

•In case of international deliveries, we ship on DDU ( Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties.

• Orders are processed within[4-7 working days]. 

• Made- to-order products are shipped within 10-15 working days, depending on the design complexity and craftsmanship involved.

• Delivery time:[3-7 working days] depending on location.

• In the case of service outages or failures brought on by circumstances beyond Arohana’s control, delivery dates are not guaranteed. These hiccups can be caused by the transportation system, problems with customs clearance, problems with the shipping company, or bank delays involving the purchaser’s payment method.
